All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Subscribers (our direct clients): We process Subscriber data to provide the Service.

Customers (patients or clients of our Subscribers): We act as a processor of information provided by Subscribers, not the data owner.

Visitors (website visitors): We may collect contact information and notes through cookies, forms, verbal communication, text communication (SMS, Email, Messenger, Chat, etc.), AI outreach, and AI inflow processing.
